Acceptance of Terms By using the Varicol Tuffbond App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this app.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
2. Use of the App
– Permitted Use: The app is intended for contractors enrolled in the Varicol Tuffbond program to access their points, rewards, and other program features. – Prohibited Use: You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, nor may you attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app’s operation.
3. Rewards and Points
– Points can be accumulated through eligible activities as defined in the program rules. Points and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless redeemed through authorized redemption methods in the app. – We reserve the right to adjust or remove points if abuse of the system is detected.
4. Cash Redemption
– Cash redemption of points is available through the app, and Varicol Tuffbond reserves the right to verify your bank account details. Cash transactions are final, and any issues must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.
5. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized or abusive activity. All accrued points may be forfeited in such cases.
6. Limitation of Liability
Varicol Tuffbond will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. This includes any indirect or incidental damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India/Gujarat. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India/Gujarat.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of such changes.
