VARICOL® TUFFBOND ECOFIX is a self curing, non shrink and ready mixed cement based polymer modified tile adhesive for fixing tiles on floor, wall, tile on tile and multipurpose application area. It makes excellent cementitious bonding surfaces like concrete, plaster etc. It has superior adhesion power and also slip resistance.

System Information

Application Details

The surface of application must be constitutional sound, clean and free from dirt, oil, greaseand other breakable particles
Mixing 4.5 litre to 5.0 litre water per 20 kg bag
Set Time Tile adhesive mixed up with water then they can be adjusted for 30 minutes
Pot Life If the mortar applied with tiles then they can be adjusted for 16 hours

Notes

• Protectfreshly applied material from rain
• Do not exceed the recommended water dosage
• Uneven surface may require more than 5mm bed thickness
• Use clean cloth to remove excess paste from the tile surface
